Your culinary experience on board has our priority. Patsie is doing her best to surprise you with a large selection of complex flavoured dishes. She only works with fine quality fresh ingredients and incorporates specialities of the region into her dishes. Meals always will be paired with a tasty Sauvignon, Chardonnay, a juicy Syrah… or an excellent Champagne. ..
As a Belgian, Patsie will also serve you some delicious Belgian chocolate desserts.
Of course she takes any food restrictions in account.
For your meals, we invite you to use our dining space inside. Weather permitting, al fresco lunch and dinner can be taken on our specious sundeck.
Twice a week, we will bring you to a charming or recommended restaurant or bistro for more of the local cuisine.
